Amend Bylaws of the Rapid City Zoning Board of Adjustment
Summary:
The bylaws to the Zoning Board of Adjustment are being updated to accommodate the recent changes to the ZBOA structure made through Ordinances No. 6031 and 6036.  At its April 9, 2015 meeting, the Planning Commission acknowledged the proposed amendments to the bylaws and suggested changes to Article V Section 5 and Article VIII.  Those provisions have been changed and are incorporated into the amendments, and they are highlighted in yellow.
